Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 Section 15 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development.  It consists of 38 single family lots, 1 open space & landscape easement lot and 1,063 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $596,535.98 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2019-08-23 – initial submittal of final plat
2019-09-03 – 1st review complete with comments
2020-11-03 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2020-11-18 – 2nd review complete with comments clear except completing construction
2020-11-16 – receipt of financial security for remaining construction
2020-11-25 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2020-12-03 – final plat placed on the December 8, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
