Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 Section 16 subdivision – Precinct 3.

Background

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development.  It consists of 71 single family lots, 1 open space & drainage easement lot, 2 open space & wastewater/landscape easement lots and 2,888 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $1,884,663.81 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

Timeline
2019-08-16 – initial submittal of final plat
2019-08-28 – 1st review complete with comments
2020-11-10 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2020-11-16 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2020-11-20 – 2nd review complete with comments clear except completing construction
2020-11-23 – receipt of financial security for remaining construction 
2020-12-03 – final plat placed on the December 8, 2020 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
