Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a lease with Sharp Electronics Corps for two (2) copiers for Williamson County JP Pct #4, one (1) in the amount of $210.12 per month, the 2nd in the amount of $89.23 per month, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4433.

Approval of these leases will support the operations of Williamson County JP Pct #4. New lease term is for 36 months effective 02/01/2021; one (1) priced at $210.12 which includes 8,500 copies/prints per month overages @ $0.0070 each; 2nd copier priced at $89.23 per month, including 1,500 copies/prints per month and overages @ $0.0075 each. The expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0454.004621.  Department point of contract is Jessica Tiedt.
