Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Adult Probation.
Background
This transfer is a follow up to approval action taken on items #45 and #46 on the 12/22/2020 agenda to approve the transfer of four positions from the Adult Probation department to the Pretrial department. Action taken on 12/22/20 included a 2/1/2021 effective date with a respective transfer amount of $171,618.81. The effective date has since been pushed back a month to 3/1/21, necessitating a line item transfer of a lesser amount or $150,166.46.
