Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat the Schwertner Ranch Phase II subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Schwertner Ranch development.  It consists of 167 residential lots, 1 drainage lot, right-of-way dedication and 4,615 linear feet of new public roads.   Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $28,239.37 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2020-12-18 – 3rd submittal of final plat 
2020-12-23 – 3rd review complete with comments
2020-12-28 – 4th submittal of final plat with signatures
2021-01-05 – financial security received for the amount of the remaining construction
2021-01-05 – 4th review complete with comments clear
2021-01-07 – final plat placed on the January 12, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
