Background
This Change Order adds pay items to compensate the Contractor to mill and repave a portion of existing University Boulevard that was not called out to be paved in the plans. The area to be milled and repaved is located just east of the new CR 110 intersection and has not been included in any previous overlays of University Boulevard. This is existing pavement that is showing signs of deterioration. Milling is required to maintain the existing profile of University Boulevard and also maintain drainage from the pavement.
