Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Professional Services Agreement between Williamson County and K&W Engineering Solutions, LLC to provide Design and Engineering Services for the Williamson County Georgetown Annex Water Softener Remodel in the amount of $3,100.00 and to expire on April 27, 2022.
Background
This agreement is to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for a remodel in existing building to provide plumbing connections, lighting and HVAC to convert a rated under-stair storage space to a utility closet for a whole building water softening system. This project will be funded under 4509.
