Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the North Haven Phase A subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the first phase of the North Haven development.  It consists of 39 residential lots, 3 drainage/open space lots, and 5,929 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $618,431.17 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2020-12-07 – initial submittal of the final plat
2021-01-06 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-01-22 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-02-05 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2021-02-06 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2021-02-10 – 3rd review complete with comments cleared
2021-02-25 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and a financial security for the remaining construction
2021-02-25 – final plat placed on the March 2, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
