Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ T2666 Ronald Reagan Corridor Section D, RM 2338/ Williams Dr. to HWY 195, to Rodriquez Transportation Group (RTG) for Engineering Services and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for Engineering Services. 21 firms participated of which 15 firms submitted responses. The responses were evaluated by an evaluation committee. The attached Rodriquez Transportation Group contract is to provide professional engineering services for the Ronald Reagan Segment D (RM 2338/ WILLIAMS Dr- SH195) project as part of the LRP has been reviewed and approved for Commissioners Court consideration by the Road Bond Team. The maximum amount payable under this contract, without modification, is six-hundred thousand Dollars ($600,000.00).
