Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement for Fire Code and Investigations between the City of Bartlett and Williamson County.
Background
This Interlocal Agreement will allow the Williamson County Fire Marshal’s office to provide fire code review and fire investigations pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of Texas Government Code and Section 352.019 of the Texas Local Government Code. This agreement has been reviewed by Williamson County legal and all fees are paid by third parties. Paragraph 3 contains a 10-day termination for convenience.
