Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on accepting a report on the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Project (P434); Vaughn Construction Change Order #41 in the amount of $24,773.00. This change order is being funded by owner’s contingency from within the original project budget.
Background
This change order is to provide labor and materials for a Reception 110 Window Counter Extension, weekend labor to replace Opening #100 (per Owner’s request), replacement of 2 Pendant Lights and to provide layout changes to Room 609. There is a time extension of 60 days. On January 7, 2020, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dwayne Gossett, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, with general authority to approve change orders up to $30,000 in relation to Williamson County Inner Loop Annex Project, pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
