Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed bids for as-needed, countywide Crack Seal Services under IFB #T3485.
Background
Williamson County is seeking qualified companies to provide experienced crack seal crews and equipment to clean and seal joints in asphalt pavement on an as-needed basis. The contract duration shall be for one (1) year with two (2) annual renewal options. Estimated contract amount is $400,000.00.This expenditure will be charged to 01.0200.0210.003599.
