Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on adding Drug Information Management System (DIMS) software add-on for the Transformative Justice Program and authorizing the purchase.

The Master agreement was approved by the Commissioners’ Court on 10.15.2019 agenda item 21. This is an add-on to the DIMS database program already being utilized by the Transformative Justice Program.  This add-on is a feature that allows participants access to and app that can receive communication about their status in the program, see tasks and deadlines, and check in with their assigned case manager.  This additional feature will help increase communication between the case manager and the participant, as well as provide additional accountability for the program participants.
