Background
The Purchasing Department solicited suppliers to remove & repair the existing Rooftop HVAC Units on the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center, along with all associated electrical, plumbing & building automation controls related items. Eleven (11) suppliers participated in the RFP with three (3) submitting offers. One (1) submittal was deemed unresponsive. The amount resulting through negotiations and Best and Final Offer (BAFO) is $1,846,503.00. Angel Gomez is the point of contact. Funding source is P533.
