Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ T3158 Design of CR 404 to RPS Infrastructure, Inc. for the planning and design of the proposed realignment of County Road 404 and County Road 132 from west of FM 3349 to west of County Road 401 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The Purchasing Department solicited sealed statements of qualifications (SOQ) for the Design of CR 404. Twenty-four (24) firms participated of which Fourteen (14) firms submitted responses. The responses were evaluated by an evaluation committee. The attached RPS Infrastructure, Inc. contract is to provide engineering services to assist Williamson County staff in the planning and design of the proposed realignment of County Road 404 and County Road 132 from west of FM 3349 to west of County Road 401. The project has been reviewed and approved for Commissioners’ Court and considered by the GEC Team. The proposed roadway will be part of the Williamson County Arterial roadway system. The maximum amount payable under this contract, without modification, is five-hundred thousand Dollars ($500,000.00.) Bob Daigh is the point of contact. Funding Source is P391.
