Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 3 subdivision – Precinct 3.

Background

This is a revision to the preliminary plat of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 3 subdivision that was previously approved on June 16, 2020.  Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the roadway and lot layout within the development.  With this revision, the proposed subdivision consists of 405 single family lots, 9 landscape easement lots, 4 open space/water quality/detention lots, 2 open space/landscape/public utility lots and 17,751 feet of new public roads.

2021-02-11 – Initial submittal of revised preliminary plat
2021-03-12 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-03-31 – 2nd submittal of revised preliminary plat
2021-04-07 – 2nd review complete with comments
2021-04-07 – 3rd submittal of revised preliminary plat
2021-04-07 – 3rd review complete with comments cleared
2021-04-08  – revised preliminary plat placed on April 13, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
