Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding an Antiquities Permit Application to the Texas Historical Commissioner (THC), required as part of the Due Diligence Environmental Investigations on the CR 129 project, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 4 (P375).

This permit application requests the approval of pedestrian survey, with surface and subsurface investigations as necessary based on field conditions, on CR 129, needed to satisfy Environmental Due Diligence requirements. No investigations will take place until a permit is received from the Texas Historical Commission. Portions of the attached application have been redacted prior to placing on the court agenda to protect restricted information.  Redacted information will be included in the application to the THC.
