Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Tenex Software Solutions, Inc. and Williamson County for an asset tracking and inventory management system for the Elections Department in the amount of $24,000, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department. Three quotes were obtained for this purchase. Agreement is attached outlining the annual costs for this service to include the software license and virtual training. Agreement is for four years with an option to renew for two additional years. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0492.005711. Department contact is Chris Davis.
