Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Eastwood Section III subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Eastwood development.  It consists of 98 lots and 3,830 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $15,788.41 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2020-11-23 – initial submittal of the final plat
2020-12-18 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-01-11 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-01-26 – 2nd review complete with comments
2021-05-24 – 3rd submittal of final plat with signatures
2021-05-26 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2021-05-26 – receipt of financial security for the remaining construction
2021-06-03 – final plat placed on the June 8, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
