Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying agreement with The Roof Company Waco LLC, for Roof Rebuild at the Central Texas Treatment Center (CTTC) in the amount of $776,103.37 as per TIPS contract #210205.

Background

This contract was executed prior to the next Commissioners Court to expedite the start of the Winter Storm Damage re-build construction process, which will allow for an earlier move-in date for the currently displaced staff and clientele that normally office and/or are housed in this facility. All cost for the re-build should be covered by the insurance proceeds, although the following will be added as a change order and are to be considered supplemental insurance items by Travelers. These items will be paid on a time and material basis:
-electrical work 
-final cleaning 
-content manipulation
