Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service agreement between Team Mechanical Services and Williamson County in the not-to-exceed amount of $400,000.00, pursuant to TIPS Coop contract 210205 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

Master Service Agreement is valid for one (1) year and may be renewed annually. The effective date shall commence on the date awarded by Commissioner’ Court. Each project will be initiated with a work order and purchase order. Department contact is Shantil Moore or Christi Stromberg. Various funding sources depending on project: 01.0100.0509.004510.
