Williamson County must submit an NOI to obtain coverage under Construction General Permit (TXR150000), as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), before commencing stormwater pollution prevention plan on any construction project prior to construction and compliant with any applicable local sediment and erosion control plans, as required in the general permit TX150000. TCEQ has transitioned to an electronic submittal process, and this application will be signed and submitted electronically pending approval by the Court.
