Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on acknowledging the 2021 Annual Asset Inventory as conducted by Records Consultants, Inc. to fulfill the requirement of producing an annual asset report for the county, pursuant to Tx. Local Gov't Code 262.011. (i).

Tx. Local Gov't Code Sec. 262.011.(i) requires by July 1 of each year the county purchasing agent to file with the county auditor and each of the members of the board that appoints the county purchasing agent an inventory of all the property on hand and belonging to the county and each subdivision, officer, and employee of the county. The Williamson County Court has previously approved a contract with Records Consultant, Inc. (RCI) to conduct the inventory and provide the results to the purchasing agent. The inventory reports attached are a result of the inventory conducted by RCI in February/March 2021. The County Auditor's Office is currently reconciling the results of the inventory with their asset database to produce a complete and accurate accounting of all assets.
