Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Debt Service Fund.

The county has five tax increment financing agreements with Georgetown, Hutto, Leander and Taylor.  Budget is based on preliminary assessed values in April and projected property tax collections for the next fiscal year.  The property tax collections were underestimated during the budget process.  Additional budget is needed to pay the invoices per the agreements.  There are costs savings for certain bond interest payments due to the February 2021 Refunding.   The interest due for this fiscal year for the 2014 Unlimited Tax Road Bond is less than budgeted.
