Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstance to approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenues for the General Fund.
Background
The budget amendment recognizes insurance proceeds received on various department's vehicles damaged by the hailstorm. The proceeds are being used to offset the repairs to the damaged vehicles.
