Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on funding needs for Park Bond projects: (1) P559 - Berry Springs Park & Preserve support amenities, (2) P560- Southwest Williamson County Regional Park restroom project and (3) P552 - Champion Park parking lot expansion project.
Background
Due to extreme and unusual market conditions that have increased the cost of construction supplies and materials, a budget shortfall is projected for each of the referenced projects. Potential funding sources are other 2019 park bond projects.
