Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the agreement between Virgin Pulse and Williamson County for Wellness Program Application Services to support employee health and wellness programming, communication and reporting utilizing Sourcewell Cooperative Contract No. 102518-VRG and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This is a three-year agreement for Wellness Program Application Services with the cost of $64,152.00 per year once the go-live date begins on 01.01.2022. This fiscal year will include implementation costs of $7,500.00 ($3,500.00 + $1,500.00+ $2,500.00.) The point of contact is Shelley Loughery. The funding source is 01.0885.0885.004996
