Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Tenex Software Solutions, Inc. and Williamson County for an asset tracking and inventory management system, Election AIM, that provides functionality for managing all equipment and supplies on how they are used, distributed and returned from each location for the Elections Department in the amount of $24,000.00 per year and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department. Three (3) quotes were obtained for this purchase. Agreement is attached outlining the annual costs for this platform to include the software license and virtual training. Agreement is for four (4) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional years. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0492.005711. Department contact is Chris Davis.
