Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between Williamson County and Technology for Education LLC d/b/a TFE Connect for the installation of audio and video equipment in the ESOC Executive Conference Room in the amount of $16,138.00, pursuant to the terms of TIPS Contract #200105 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement will benefit the ESOC. The scope of this project includes installation of audio/video equipment, removal and rewiring of existing wires, training and project management by TFE Connect.
