Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on accepting a report on the Williamson County Justice Center Renovation Project (P515) HCS, Inc. Change Order #01 in the amount of ($21,163.32.)   This change order is being funded by owners’ contingency from within the original project budget.

Background
This change order is to cover a leaky valve replacement, carpet replacement in CA from DA Area, Pre-Trial Office wall demolition, tile changes, sewer yardline correction and electrical additions per ASLI-01.  There is a time extension of 21 days. On November 17, 2020, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Tom Stanfield, Williamson County Facilities Senior Project Manager, with general authority to approve change orders up to $30,000 in relation to Williamson County Justice Center Renovations (P515), pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031.  This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
