Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Corrections Department.
Background
Due to pandemic protocols, inmates were quarantined in individual cells. These inmates were provided individualized toiletries. Out of an abundance of caution, the remainder of these individual toiletries were destroyed rather than being moved to general population. As a result, extra quantities are needed.
