Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of Vehicle Reimbursement Agreement with Sonterra West HOA for off duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies to be effective July 13, 2021 (Jarrell).

Background

This agreement will give permission for Sonterra West HOA to contract County Sheriff Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage. This agreement will begin on July 13, 2021 and will terminate on September 30, 2021.
