Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Highlands at Mayfield Ranch Section 3A subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Highlands at Mayfield Ranch development.  It consists of 7 single-family lots, 1 open space lot and no new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $23,149.23 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2021-05-07 – initial submittal of final plat application
2021-06-04 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-06-11 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-06-26 – 2nd review complete with comments clear except completing construction
2021-07-07 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and a financial security received for the remaining construction 
2021-07-08 – final plat placed on the July 13, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
