Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between Williamson County and Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc. to provide Exterior Waterproofing Services for the Justice Center between in the amount of $167,786.09 per the terms of Buy Board contract # 581-19.
Background
The agreement allows Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc. to remove existing building sealants from brick, limestone expansion joints, window perimeter joints, door perimeters, louvers, header stone joints and penetrations. Secondly, to prep all joints to manufacturers recommendation and then install polyurethane sealant. Point of contact is Dwanye Gossett. Funding Source is 01.0100.1009.004509.
