Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a one-year training subscription agreement and county addendum with Medmastery GmbH and Williamson County for Ultrasound Training for EMS Staff in the amount of $7,800.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This is to provide training on ultrasounds for select EMS staff. Due to the specificity of the training and the subscriptions being proprietary in nature, an exemption to the three-quote purchasing policy is requested utilizing Tx. Gov Code 262.024 Discretionary Exemptions (a) (4) a personal or professional service. The amount for the 1-year agreement is $7,800.00. The point of contact is Mike Knipstein.
