Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2A Section 3 subdivision – Precinct 3.

Background

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2A development.  It consists of 107 single family lots, 3 greenbelt/PUE/drainage easement lots and 4,972 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $10,738,783.75 has been posted with the County to cover the total cost of the remaining construction for Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2A, Sections 1, 2 & 3.  

Timeline
2020-02-14 – initial submittal of the final plat
2020-03-13 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-07-07 – receipt of financial security for the amount of the remaining construction
2021-07-08 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-07-14 – 2nd review complete with minor comments
2021-07-21 – 3rd submittal of final plat with signatures
2021-07-21 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2021-07-22 – final plat placed on the July 27, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
