Background
The permit application requests the approval of intensive pedestrian survey, with surface and subsurface investigations as necessary based on field conditions. No investigations will take place until a permit is received from the Texas Historical Commission. Portions of the attached application have been redacted prior to placing on the court agenda, to protect restricted information; however, the redacted information will be included in the application to the THC.
