Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the proposal between Williamson County and Knight Security Systems for the installation of four (4) additional security cameras at the Historic County Courthouse for the total amount of $30,211.56 per the terms of the DIR contract #DIR CPO 4494 and authorizing the execution of the contract.
Background
The approval of this contract will benefit the Historic County Courthouse with increased security by adding to the video surveillance system. The attached proposal contains the detailed information regarding the equipment to be installed and the areas of the installation. The Legal and Contract Audit Departments have reviewed the contract. The Department point of contact is Richard Semple. The line item expenditure is 01.0100.1000.004510.
