Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 Subdivision – Precinct 2. 

Background

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat for the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 subdivision that was previously approved on April 13, 2021.  Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the roadway layout, lot layout and minor boundary changes. This revision consists of a decrease of 1,584 linear feet of a new public road, a decrease of 63 single-family lots and a decrease of 2 open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/utility lots.  With this revision, the proposed Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 subdivision consists of 568 single family lots, 3 open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/utility lots, 7 open space/landscape/utility lots and 27,347 linear feet of new public roads.
