Background
The Purchasing Department solicited bids for Williams Drive Milling, Sealing and Overlay. One hundred fifty (150) suppliers were invited to bid of which five (5) suppliers viewed the bid documents and three (3) responded. The Road and Bridge Department determined Lone Star Paving as the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $920,321.97. The Road and Bridge Department point of contact is Terron Evertson. Funds are budgeted in the FY 21 funding source 01.0200.0210.003599.
