Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Justice Center Renovation Project - HCS, Inc. Change Order #03 in the amount of $190,022.46 This change order is being funded by P515 Project contingency from within the original project budget.
Background
During the course of the ongoing Justice Center Remodel Project (P515), it was determine the existing 1st Floor Server room has reached maximum capacity and not able to accommodate the IT needs associated with this project. This change order is for relocation & expansion of IT Server Room Capacity on the 1st Floor & creation of a much needed IT Server Room in the North Basement. There is a time extension of 63 days. Funding source is P515.
