Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Work Authorization No. 2 as part of the CR 404 Realignment contract between Williamson County and RPS Infrastructure, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P391. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
The attached revised Work Authorization #2 for CR 404 Realignment schematic and PS&E is intended to replace the back-up that was included with item #41 from the August 3, 2021, Commissioners Court Agenda that was approved. The revised work authorization includes an effective date of July 14th that allows RPS to be compensated for design efforts that were expedited to maintain the overall project schedule.
