Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement between Williamson County and Amstar, Inc. for the Water Softener Room Build-Out at the Williamson County Georgetown Annex located at 100 Wilco Way, Georgetown, TX 78626, in the not-to-exceed amount of $30,529.25, per the terms of the Sourcewell Co-op Contract EZIQC #TX-CT-GC-121819-AMS and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
This agreement is for the install of water softener equipment at the Georgetown Annex per the attached quote, utilizing the Sourcewell vendor contract. Department Point of Contact is Angel Gomez. Funding source is 01.100.1080.4509.
