Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on entering into an Interlocal Agreement with the Williamson County and Cities Health District (WCCHD) and Williamson County for First Responder Influenza Vaccines, in the amount of $11,964.68, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.  Purchase is exempt from competetive bidding under Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (2) an item necessary to preserve or protect the public health or safety of the residents of the county.

In the interest of promoting the public health and safety and supporting the County’s operations, the WCCHD will provide an estimated 692 doses to the County at a cost of $17.29 per dose to be administered by county personnel for the benefit of the following:

• Sherrif's Office/Corrections – 450 Doses
• EMS/Emergency Communications/MOT/Emergency Services Operations Departments – 242 Doses
