Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. and Williamson County for a research database subscription in the amount of $280 per month, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Approval of this agreement will support the operations of the Williamson County Constable Precinct 1's office.  TransUnion will provide real time data that is updated daily to help locate persons, assets, and addresses with support through Social Media Search, Reverse Phone Lookup, Real-time Phone Carrier Search, and more.  The attached supplement provides additional detail.  The subscription will be on a month-to-month basis which can be terminated at anytime prior to the beginning of the subsequent month's billing cycle.
