Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and MCCi for additional users for software licensing for Laserfiche Rio Records Management for a total of $19,687.50 with an annual software support amount of $3,375.00, pursuant to the BuyBoard Contract #625-20, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
The approval of this agreement will benefit the Williamson County IT Department with additional users added for Laserfiche records management and annual software support. Laserfishe is the platform for coutywide document imaging, document management and records archiving. The attached agreement has detailed information regarding the purchase.
