Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of contract 1707-172, renewal option period 2, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for Tennis Pro Manager at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park for the term of October 1, 2021 - September 30, 2022 with Rippner Tennis.
Background
This is the second and final renewal option available for the contract with Rippner Tennis. This is a revenue contract so there is no funding associated with this agreement extension. The agreement requires Rippner Tennis to collect associate fees from users and remit to the County a percent of those revenues on a monthly basis. The department point of contact is Russell Fishbeck, Sr. Director of Parks.
