Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Master Services Agreement with ThyssenKrupp in the not-to-exceed amount of $72,053.76 for annual maintenance repair services and $11,246.00 for inspection services per the Omnia Contract #R200502, and authorizing execution of all associated documents.
Background
This Master Services Agreement covers maintenance and inspections in twenty-seven (27) elevators at various Williamson County buildings per the attached quote. Department contact is Christi Stromberg. The funding will come from Maintenance Services 01.0100.0509.004500 approved in the FY 22 budget.
