Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the contract renewal for countywide building Pest Control Services, contract #1905-320, renewal period 1 for term October 1, 2021 - September 30, 2022, with Pest Management, Inc, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of, incorporation of the amended Attachment C Pest Management Compensation Fees, which updates County Facilities locations, services and fees and is subject to Commissioners Court approval.

Per the request of the Facilities Department a solicitation was issued prior to renewal.  No submittals were received.  As a result the decision was made to exercise the existing contract renewal under renewal option period #1. The Facilities Dept, submitted a Vendor Performance Report stating the vendor met all county requirements and recommends renewal. This contract supports countywide pest control management in county buildings.
