Background
This subdivision consists of no lots and 2,598 linear feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $ 3,898,535.50 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2019-12-17 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-08-16 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-08-19 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2021-08-26 – 2nd review complete with minor comments
